Have set on the biggest recruiting campaign in college history in an attempt to encourage people to joining the Linacre chorus. Our marketing slogans include:

Leave life's trebles behind
Don't ignore us, join the chorus, you'll adore us, brontosaurus
In organizing the practices, I have run into conflict with a guy who has made it his mission to complain about the chorus at every opportunity. Unfortunately, the complaints go straight to the Domestic Bursar of the college before I even know that there is a problem. I have extended the olive branch to no avail. Awh shucks - can't win them all.
Attended an english ale tasting evening. That was fun - am sticking to Guiness though.
